You all cherished the Meal Prep Monday publish I did final week and requested for extra, so I’m going to attempt to repeatedly share these as I’m ready!

This weekend, I meal-prepped issues for our dinners (plus a number of further enjoyable issues!). It feels SO good to have dinners largely finished for the week!

What I Meal Prepped

Taco Meat (2 kilos browned floor beef with one packet taco seasoning — I put aside a serving of the browned floor beef with out taco seasoning for Silas to make use of for a lunch this week. He likes to make recipes with floor beef and potatoes or floor beef and rice. I additionally put aside some for the spaghetti casserole.)

Spaghetti Casserole (Spaghetti Noodles layered with jarred sauce and browned floor beef and cottage cheese combined with egg and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with extra mozzarella and bake at 350 levels for half-hour or till bubbly.)

Ham & Beans (I had a mixture of canned beans and a few ham within the freezer — all that I’d gotten on sale over the previous 5 months or so. Cinnamon Roll Muffins (For those who love the style of cinnamon rolls however the ease of muffins, these are an amazing possibility! I’ll share the recipe quickly, too!)

Wholesome Peanut Butter Protein Balls (These have been so wholesome — PB powder, applesauce, and protein powder — that I used to be stunned they tasted as yummy as they did!! I’ll share the recipe quickly, too!)

Menu Plan This Week

Sunday — Scrambled Eggs, Hen Sausage, Contemporary Apple/Carrot/Orange/Beet Juice

Monday — Ham & Beans (already made), Honey Cornbread, and Apple Slices

Tuesday — Spaghetti Casserole (already made), Selfmade Rolls, Steamed Veggies

Wednesday — Dinner out for Kathrynne’s twentieth birthday

Thursday — Simply Naked Hen Nuggets, Selfmade Bread, Tater Tots, Steamed Veggies, Applesauce

Friday — Taco Bowls (taco meat, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and selfmade tortillas)

Saturday — Leftovers or Frozen Pizza
