In an extra escalation of the US commerce struggle, the US Division of Commerce has positioned antidumping duties (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD) on crystalline photovoltaic cells (photo voltaic cells) arriving into the US from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, in line with an April 21 announcement.
