Aalok Shah, who has been with Rothschild & Co since 2006 and has labored extensively in each London and Mumbai, was appointed Co-Head of India in 2024.
In his new function, Aalok will proceed to leverage his deep consumer relationships, strategic imaginative and prescient, and long-standing dedication to the agency, and he’ll lead the following part of development for Rothschild & Co’s advisory enterprise in India, it stated.
After 22 years of devoted management in creating Rothschild & Co’s India enterprise, Chandresh Ruparel will transition to the function of Senior Adviser for one 12 months.
On this capability, Chandresh will present strategic counsel, mentor senior bankers, and proceed to strengthen key consumer relationships, notably on the company facet, it stated. Rothschild & Co has expanded its service choices in India to incorporate ECM advisory providers.
