Monu Ratra, who resigned from IIFL Residence Finance in August, is about to hitch non-bank lender Capri World Capital as chief govt officer.

Ratra will oversee the corporate’s general operations and drive its medium-term progress technique, Capri World mentioned Thursday. He’ll report back to Rajesh Sharma, managing director and promoter of the corporate.

Capri World Capital is a retail targeted NBFC with Rs 24,753 crore property below administration. It has a buyer base of 0.56 million. It provides secured and collateralized loans throughout 4 major lending segments – MSME Loans, gold loans, development finance and housing loans. The housing loans are supplied by way of its 100% subsidiary, Capri World Housing Finance.
