Israeli private equity company Adam Companions, which is focused on the meals and agricultural sectors, at current launched that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kibbutz Metzer to buy drip irrigation agency Metzerplas. Adam Companions pays NIS 206 million for 75% of Metzerplas, reflecting a corporation valuation of NIS 275 million. Kibbutz Metzer will proceed to hold remaining 25% of the company’s shares. Adam Companions moreover reported that the acquisition has been permitted by a majority of kibbutz members and that the financing for the deal will be from a gaggle of merchants led by Roni Biram and Gil Deutsch’s Roligo Group.

Metzerplas was based mostly in 1970 on Kibbutz Metzer near Pardes Hanna. The company manufactures plastic merchandise, primarily drip irrigation strategies and gear along with residence plumbing merchandise, along with pipes.

On the end of 2021, Inrom completely acquired Metzerplas’s Great Pipe actions along with manufacturing and promoting and advertising and marketing of piping strategies and gear.
