A 105-square meter, four-room, seventh flooring penthouse residence together with an elevator and parking on Ma’apilei Egoz Avenue within the Neve Chen neighborhood was bought for NIS 3.55 million. A 123 sq. meter, five-room, second flooring residence with an elevator and parking on Recanati Avenue in Ramat Aviv Gimmel was bought for NIS 5 million (RE/MAX – Ocean). A 154 sq. meter, three-room, fourth flooring residence with a safety room, 14 sq. meter balcony, 13 sq. meter storage room, elevator and two parking areas within the Blue Mission overlooking the ocean with a swimming pool, sauna, health room and tennis court docket within the constructing was bought for NIS 6.4 million.







Ramat Gan: A 93 sq. meter, 4-room, sixth flooring penthouse residence with a solar balcony, elevator and parking on Hagat Avenue was bought for NIS 3.1 million. Rishon Lezion: A 75 sq. meter, 2.5-room, second flooring residence with no elevator and no parking on Hasadeh Avenue within the Remez neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.45 million. A 119 sq. meter, five-room, sixth flooring residence with an elevator and parking on Abarbanel Avenue was bought for NIS 2.13 million. A 254 sq. meter, seven room home with a 49 sq. meter basement on a 320 sq. meter lot with two parking areas on Yamit Avenue within the Neve Dekalim neighborhood within the west of the town was bought for NIS 5.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Rehovot: A 90 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring residence with an 8 sq. meter solar balcony, shared parking and no elevator on Hanoter Avenue was bought for NIS 1.55 million. A 122 sq. meter, five-room, fifth flooring residence with a 12 sq. meter solar balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Nordau Avenue was bought for NIS 2.63 million. A 107 sq. meter, 4 room, second flooring residence on Hakerem Avenue was bought for NIS 1.78 million (Anglo-Saxon).
