Tel Aviv: A 39 sq. meter, two-room, third flooring residence with a 5 sq. meter balcony, elevator and underground parking on Dizengoff Road was bought for NIS 2.95 million (Concorde). A 127 sq. meter, five-room, seventh flooring residence with an elevator and parking on Shlonski Road in Neot Afeka was bought for NIS 5.2 million.

Rishon Lezion: A 188 sq. meter, six-room, first flooring duplex residence with parking on Asher Barash Road was bought for NIS 3.2 million. A 108 sq. meter, 4.5-room, fourth flooring residence on Pines Road was bought for NIS 1.62 million (RE/MAX – Very best). Nahariya: A 110 sq. meter, four-room, third flooring residence with an elevator and parking on Hatzanhanim Road was bought for NIS 1.45 million. A 138 sq. meter, 4.5-room, second flooring, duplex residence on Herzl Road was bought for NIS 1.35 million (RE/MAX – Halutzim).

Sderot: A 145 sq. meter, five-room residence with a 17 sq. meter balcony, elevator and two parking areas on Nahal Ashalim Road within the Neot Hashikma neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.38 million. A 112 sq. meter, 4.5-room home with a 170 sq. meter backyard, storage room, and parking on Moshe Rabenu Road within the Neot Haneviim neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.34 million. A 70 sq. meter, 3.5-room home with a 180 sq. meter backyard together with parking on Moshe Rabenu Road within the Neot Haneviim neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.13 million.
