im unemployed and £1,700 in debt.

Hello,

I am a 20 male from the UK and i am £1700 in debt

£1500 to Klarna
£200 on my credit card

I dont have any money as of right now and Cant find any employment in my area as I live in a very small area. I do receive about £500 of benefits each month £430 using to live off.

Most of this debt honestly has came from gambling which I have recognized is the problem and I have taken much further action to stop myself from doing.

At the current moment I owe Klarna £1000 from now to end of Feburary and its daunting on me since I only have £11 to my name and wont receive any more money until the 29th of January.

This post is not a sob story but I am unsure on what to do I have tried debt consolidation loans but I am worried about the high interest and not being able to get a house in the future just because I was stupid with my finances whilst I had no care. I would happily work a job or seek employment Its just I cant find anything where Im situated as I dont live on the mainland UK so things are difficult.

My goal this year is to get myself out of debt which is very possible but Im just very worried about the £1,000 I owe in the next month its starting to seem impossible to get myself out of since its a constant cycle

Any help would be much appreciated since I have no support around me not even from parents or anything, Thanks.
