Lensa steps in to help alleviate the burden and unnecessary additional steps posed by outdated recruitment methods in this situation. Through a variety of services, Lensa helps employers, staffing agencies, recruitment agencies, and RPOs connect with active, qualified, and interested job seekers. 

Our objective is to provide job seekers with information regarding salaries, positions, diversity, career opportunities, and everything else they require to locate their ideal employers. Lensa’s job search engine user AI and machine learning to help job seekers find the best option based on real-time data. 

Progress and current status

At the moment, Lensa has over 18 million registered users and is one of the largest recruitment and career platforms in the market in the United States. We have grown from 60 to 140 in-house employees in 2022 and continue to increase this number.

The story of Lensa was born in Hungary, a small country in Central Europe. Today Lensa is supporting the US job market against other tech giants and bridging the gap between employers and potential employees to create a more fluid and effective job search process.  

Microsoft is one of them. This is because of Microsoft’s acquisition of different companies and making them even more successful, like LinkedIn. Their business model is to strictly improve user experience and customer acquisition. These qualities are what Lensa aspires to pursue as well.

We wish to be listed amongst the top choices for career advocacy, in line with some of our key competitors like ZipRecruiter, Monster.com or Zippia. Our aim is to be one of the first choices for job search platforms for all US citizens and to become a household name in the job board industry.
