Nvidia, Microsoft and patent threat administration firm RPX are going through a lawsuit accusing them of “rampant” patent infringement and antitrust regulation violations.
The swimsuit was filed Thursday (Sept. 5) in a Waco, Texas, federal courtroom by Xockets, Reuters reported Thursday.
