NvidiaMicrosoft and patent threat administration firm RPX are going through a lawsuit accusing them of “rampant” patent infringement and antitrust regulation violations.

The swimsuit was filed Thursday (Sept. 5) in a Waco, Texas, federal courtroom by Xockets, Reuters reported Thursday.

Within the lawsuit, Xockets alleged that the businesses stole its information processor know-how to assist develop synthetic intelligence (AI) merchandise and conspired with one another to drive down the value of its know-how, in response to the report.
