SPAC Tiga Acquisition Corp. (NYSE:TINV) shareholders have approved a planned merger with LBGTQ+ dating platform Grindr.

Tiga revealed results of the vote in a filing. Grinder and Tiga agreed to merge in May, with the deal valuing the combined company at around $2.1B.

The SPAC held its initial public offering in November 2020, raising $240M.
