Twelve Capital, the Zurich-headquartered catastrophe bond and reinsurance investment manager, has made a key new appointment, naming Dr. Erasmus Faber as the firm’s Group Chief Compliance Officer.

Faber was already a key employee at Twelve Capital, having the role of Managing Director of German subsidiary Twelve Capital (DE) GmbH.

From this month, Faber is now the Group Chief Compliance Officer across all of Twelve Capital.

A senior compliance, risk management, financial crimes and regulation focused executive, Faber has worked in capital markets related positions across Germany, Austria, the United States and United Kingdom during his career.

In his new role, Faber will take on responsibility for all compliance topics across the Twelve Capital Group, a key role for the growing investment manager.

Faber will also become a Member of the Twelve Capital Group Management Committee and sit on other Group Committees at the company as well.
