(MANCHESTER, N.H., Feb. 15) — York IE, a vertically integrated strategic growth and investment firm for technology companies, today announced its ninth investment cohort.

The six-month cohort, which ran from July 1 to Dec. 31, 2023, features six investments — five new companies and one follow-on to a previous investment — totaling $7 million. York IE also saw significant growth and progress from prior investments within its portfolio.

“We take seriously the opportunity to support this cohort’s experienced founders and their promising companies on their paths to long-term success,” said Joe Raczka, chief investment officer and managing partner, York IE.  “More early-stage startups are forgoing vanity metrics in favor of building fundamentally sound businesses, and because of that it’s never been a better time to deploy capital.”

Ninth York IE Cohort

With this new cohort, York IE has made 65 investments in 50 companies. The new companies in the cohort are:

  • Givzey, fundraising’s first digital gift agreement platform (Boston);
  • PeakMetrics, the AI-driven media and narratives intelligence platform (Los Angeles);
  • RealSage, a data intelligence platform for multi-family asset owners and operators (Toronto);
  • Stockpress, a collaborative file management platform for distributed teams (Boston); and
  • Vend Park, a fully digital parking access and revenue control system (Boston);

“The Stockpress team gravitates towards operator-led investors,” said Jessica Storry, co-founder and CEO, Stockpress. “York IE completely understands the problem we’re trying to solve and is equipped to help us navigate the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.”

The follow-on investment is in London-based Evorra, a privacy-first data marketplace for brands and agencies.

York IE invests active capital in early-stage B2B SaaS startups, which often involves providing strategic guidance and tactical support to its portfolio companies. Multiple companies in this cohort, including PeakMetrics and Stockpress, have taken advantage of York IE’s Advisory as a Service offerings.
